Edward started the firm in 1978 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1970 and now leads the Accounts department. Edward lives in South Liverpool with his wife. He plays golf regularly and enjoys a good glass of wine as well as jazz & rock’n’roll.

Mark Wrigglesworth BA (Hons) FCA
Mark trained and qualified with Touche Ross before joining ERC in 1991. Mark heads up our Audit and Forensic department. He lives in Southport with his wife and teenage son, and is keen on all sports, but in particular golf and football.

Richard Brown BA (Hons) ACA FCCA
Richard joined ERC in 1996 and specialises in profit improvement exercises and strategic advice for businesses. Richard is married and lives near Warrington. His interests include golf, rugby and foreign travel.

Paul Kemp LLB (Hons) ATT
Paul joined ERC in 1996 and heads up our Taxation department. He is responsible for the tax planning and advisory services offered by ERC. Paul lives in North Liverpool with his wife and family, and enjoys watching Liverpool FC in his spare time.

David Pattinson BSC (Hons) ACA
David runs ERC’s Chester office following our alliance with Westmore Brennand in July 2008. David originally trained & qualified with Deloitte and has vast experience in practice. David lives in North Wales with his wife and family. He enjoys all sports, especially tennis and mountaineering.
