As a valued client of ERC, we wanted to let you know some of the measures we have taken with regard to COVID-19 and to assure you that we will continue to support your business during this time and beyond.
Initial measure taken include:
* Suspension of all non-essential business travel with immediate effect
* Implementation of remote working for all members of staff who are not required to be in our office at any one time
* Cancellation of non-essential face to face meetings and conferences until further notice. This excludes important client and introducer meetings and essential audits.
As we monitor and learn more about the spread of COVID-19 we will still be able to continue to support many of the services we currently provide by phone, online or mobile.
Given the above we do not anticipate any change to our current service levels and we would appreciate your understanding and patience during this difficult time as we continue to service and support our clients.
